Publication Policy
All abstracts/proposals will be published online after the conference and uploaded on FLE’s website.
FULL Paper Publication in Conference Proceedings with ISBN
(Optional)Papers submitted and presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to their acceptance by the review committee, immediately after the conference. Conference Proceedings will be available to view and download from FLE’s website. To be considered for publication in the conference proceedings, submitted papers must strictly adhere to our prescribed in-house referencing style ie., Harvard Citing and Referencing Style. Each conference proceeding will have a unique digit International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) and/or International Standard Book Number (ISBN) code. All Conference Proceedings are yearly submitted for evaluation and indexing in ISI Web of Science, Web of Knowledge, Thomson Reuters, Elsevier products, SCOPUS, ProQuest, Nielson and Google Scholar.
Please submit the full academic paper only if your abstract has been first officially accepted by the committee and your are FULLY registered for the conference after paying the registration fee.If you want your paper to be considered for publication in the conference proceedings, kindly submit your full paper before Paper submission deadline, following the paper
submission guidelines.
Publication Date : Publish within FOUR weeks after each conference.
Academic Paper Publication in FLE’s E-Journals with ISBN/ISSN number (Optional)
Papers submitted and presented at FLE Learning’s conferences will be published in FLE’s e-journals, subject to their acceptance by the editorial board member(s). These journals are published bi-annually (in Spring and Fall each year) in an electronic format.
FLE e-journals are peer-reviewed. All submitted papers go through a rigorous process to assess the quality of papers, meeting minimum standards established for a given discipline, before publication in our international academic journals
If you wish your FULL paper to be considered for publication (optional) in any one of our below mentioned peer-reviewed journals, you must authorise us to publish your paper in the journal by signing the copyright agreement.

FLE journals are submitted bi-annually for evaluation and indexing in ISI Web of Science; EBSCO; Electronics Journal Library; European Reference Index for the Humanities and Social Sciences (ERIH PLUS); Journal Seek; Academic Resource Index – Research Bib; Nielsen; Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL); Academic Keys; Scientific Journal Impact Factor; Director of Abstract Indexing for Journals and Cosmos Impact Factor.

Copyright Agreement
In order for FLE to publish and disseminate research articles, FLE needs publishing rights. This is determined by the copyright agreement signed between the author and FLE Learning. Copy of the copyright agreement will be provided to each registered delegate on day ONE of the conference at the registration desk.
The copyright agreement deals with the transfer of copyright to FLE Learning for publication purposes only. The author retains significant rights to use and share their own published articles.
E-Journal Publication Fee/Charges
After acceptance of the full paper for publication in any of our E-Journals, the paper will enter the production cycle and the author will be asked to pay the publication fee/charges in the sum of £52.50 per 5,000 words. If the payment is not received before the deadline (usually 5 working days from the acceptance notice), the paper will be withdrawn from the publication process. However, on receipt of the publication fee, the necessary editing and formatting corrections will be made and the author will receive the final proof of his/her article for review and/or approval to publish.
Length of Papers
The preferred length of contributions (including footnotes) is 5,000 words (maximum limit).
